For the first time in months we have seen price reductions and single-family homes having more market time in West Seattle. The median home price in West Seattle for a single family home is $629,950 for June of 2017.
Burien:
Active listings have dropped since last month. There are not as many listings on the market since May. Many buyers are looking towards Burien for affordable housing and for the potential growth in the area. The median home price in Burien for June of 2017 is $425,000, up $20,000 from last year!
