West Seattle
- Admiral Theater: 2343 California Ave. SW, Seattle, WA 98116
The Historic Admiral Theater just completed a $1.7 million renovation and expansion to four screens while retaining all landmarked historical features, including underwater appliqué murals exposed for the first time in more than four decades. The theater has a beautiful ship like quality and the original murals from the 40’s, complete with sea-horse etched chandeliers. It’s a real neighborhood theater with a fascinating history.

West Seattle’s Meeples Games is a friendly local gaming cafe for table-top gamers located between the Alaska and Admiral Junctions. If you're looking for a new game to try or buy, Meeples' staff is knowledgeable about all things board and card games. In addition to game sales, you'll also find a cafe, play area, weekly events or tournaments, and a rental room (where you can host your own game night). From D&D nights to Pokemon Training Camp, there's something for everyone at Meeples.
- Roxbury Lanes: 2823 SW Roxbury St, Seattle, WA 98126
This local bowling alley also features a casino, restaurant, and arcade. They offer a Family Day special on Sundays, as well as games starting at $3/game for kids during the week. If you're looking for affordable family fun without having to leave the Island of West Seattle, Roxbury Lanes is one option you shouldn't skip.
- West Seattle Bowl: 4505 39th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116
With 32 lanes (equipped with automatic bumpers), there is plenty of room to spread out at West Seattle Bowl. If you need a bowling break, check out the Highstrike Grill, known for their comfort food and plentiful portions. Open Play is available most days and times, but check their website for reservation information and league play that may impact your visit.

White Center's retro skating rink welcomes families Friday to Sunday with Family Skate featuring free skate rentals. If you're looking for a date-night activity, they also offer plenty of 21+ skate nights during the week, including a Monday night free 80s themed skate time for guests over 21.

Tukwila
- Safari Play Space: 2876 Southcenter Mall, Tukwila, WA 98188
Safari is a spot for frivolous fun. Putting their shoes aside, children roam about, zooming down slides, and diving into the ball pit. At the same time, parents get the chance to have a close interaction with their little ones, watching them play as they use their own imagination.

If you're looking for a sure-fire way to tire out your tot, then hop on over to Defy. This extreme air sport park has something for everyone, including extreme dodgeball, stunt fall area, ninja obstacle course, warped wall, trapeze, foam pit, and a special KidJump option for kids under 6 and their parents.

Sno-King Ice Renton is the first ice arena in South King County. The 46,000-square-foot facility sits on three acres, housing an entire entertainment facility with two ice rinks, disco lighting, an arcade, pro shop, and party rooms. This ice rink offers open skate times, hockey lessons and leagues, and figure skating lessons for kids and adults.
