Here's what those brave enough to charge into the frigid water of Lake Washington can expect for the 2022 Polar Bear Plunge:
- All participants must pre-register for the time they would like to take the plunge. *Registration is FREE*
- For public and staff safety NO drop-in’s allowed day of event. Access to the event will not be granted by the City of Renton Recreation staff or volunteers.
- We encourage lots of photos! Please share with on our Facebook & Instagram Page using #LetsGoRTN
- We highly recommend bringing towels and warm clothes for after the plunge
- The beach area must be cleared 20 minutes after the plunge starts to prepare for the safety next group
